About our CEO
Bailey Stevens founded Northcrest-221 to help organizations bring structure, discipline, and clarity to data governance, AI governance, and operational performance. His approach is grounded in a simple belief: strong enterprise governance creates the foundation for scalable, data-driven growth.
With more than 20 years of executive experience at highly regulated institutions including JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, GE, and Assurant, Bailey partners with leadership teams to align governance, technology, and sensitive data strategies. His work helps organizations make better decisions, strengthen controls, scale with confidence, and operate with greater clarity.
Northcrest-221 also carries personal meaning. The name reflects a defining chapter in Bailey’s journey, rebuilding from apartment 221, where resilience and intentional growth became foundational principles. That experience shaped his belief that lasting success is never accidental.
It is Architected.
Our Story
It All Started with a Blank Slate
Northcrest-221 wasn’t born in a boardroom. It was conceived in a small apartment, number 221, during a time of personal and professional rebuilding. That experience—of having to build something strong and meaningful from the ground up—became the core of our company.
It taught us a fundamental lesson: lasting success isn’t about flashy trends. It’s about building with discipline, clarity, and a solid plan.
- North is about finding your true direction and sticking to it.
- Crest is about striving for your highest potential.
- 221 is a reminder of where we started—and the power of building with structure and purpose.
That’s what we bring to every client. We’re not just consultants; we’re builders who are passionate about helping you create an organization that lasts.
